Working Principle
Raw materials are sent into hopper by fixed quantity feeder, when two rolls parallel each other horizontally, powder materials are continuously and evenly fed in the gap between two rolls by their gravities and a forced charger, the two rollers rotate in reverse, materials between rollers are extruded by mechanical pressure. The intermedia products are bar shape, then the crusher will crush the bar shape products into irregular granules, finally using rotary screen to sieve the final products, qualified products will be put into bags, unqualified products will be recycled mix with new material for the next granulating process.

DH series dry roll press granulator adopts dry rolling technology to compress the powdery materials with moisture content ≤ 5% into pieces or tablets, then going through the processes of breaking into pellets and screening to make the lump materials into pellet materials that meet the requirements of application. Dry roll press palletizing mainly depends on the manner of external pressure to force the material going through the clearance between the two relatively turning rolls to compress into laminar particles. During course of roller pressing, the real density of the materials can increase 1.5-3 times thus reaching certain demands to pellet strength.
